I’m Fernanda

My intention is to help people find that inner connection to find balance in a hectic world.  

My journey  started  seeking a martial arts discipline which took me to train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This is where I first noticed that the training felt like a moving meditation, being in the zone. While practicing yoga at the same time, I decided to dig further and pursued my teacher training.
