Hola, I’m Fernanda

I am a seeker of balance and that is what Yoga has brought to my life. This means a daily practice! or as daily as I can aim to have one. In our daily lives we have to find ways to recharge and reconnect.

My journey started as a practitioner, while I was also practicing martial arts. Then I took my 200hr YTT and the journey still continues as a teacher and a student.

Stress and Anxiety can sneak up if you don’t pay attention to your body and your mind. Gentle yoga and Meditation are my daily practices. I also love martial arts and of course dancing!
