Healthy Routines – Qi Gong
The whole of last week was filled with earlier calls than usual and a lot of team planning. My Qi Gong practice felt like what the doctor had ordered. My intention for the practice was to be present and to try get better with each step. I allowed myself to not be judgmental even if I got any of the steps wrong. I actually felt that there was more fluidity within me, also less tripping on my part while trying to follow the video!!
